Tarh-O-Mantagheh consulting engineers company was established under No. 43086 in 1981 at Tehran Non-Commercial Institutions and Corporate Registry Department with the aim of providing study services, designing and supervising construction projects in order to help the construction and development of our beloved country. This company has served over 70 projects in 42 years by using experienced experts and staff in technical and economic studies, design, supervision, quantitative and qualitative control of civil and non-civil projects.
In order to achieve the company’s goals, the company’s management succeeded in obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses from the state management and planning organization, having license to practice legal work from construction engineering organization, a membership in the Iranian society of consulting engineering and obtaining a certificate for the quality management system based on the fundamental of the ISO 9001:2015

Tarho Mantagheh consulting engineers company operates as a provider of study services, as well as a designer and supervisor of construction projects across the world. Now, we have an interesting expansion plan to achieve an international reach and reputation.At the board of directors meeting held on June 01,2021, the parent company approved the plan for establishing the Subsidiary Company in British Columbia, Canada, allocated a budget for its operations, passed a resolution to appoint the applicant as the Executive Director, and enumerated hid responsibilities at TARHO MANTAGHEH DESIGN AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT INC. The Subsidiary Company will operate as construction of residential and commercial projects in Ontario.

TARHO MANTAGHEH DESIGN AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT INC. was incorporated on June 24 ,2021, in British Columbia with extra-provincial registration in Ontario under OCN 5051445. The Company TARHO MANTAGHEH DESIGN AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT INC.is The Canadian Subsidiary of Tarho Mantagheh Company.

Brief overview of a few completed and ongoing projects

Iran Telecommunication Research Center (Completed)

The Iran Telecommunication Research Center is located in Tehran, at the end of Karegar-e-Shomali Street, facing the Atomic Energy Building. The project contract was signed in 2002 between the consulting engineering company, the region, and the Iran Telecommunication Research Center. The project design took three years, and after completing the design and preparing the initial cost estimate, the main contractor was selected and approved by the client. The project took four years to be completed and become operational.

The project covered an area of approximately 5,000 square meters. The foundation was about 22,000 square meters, and the building was constructed with 12 floors. The building's structure was made of concrete with a roof covering of tiles and blocks. The facilities included a central engine room with steel boilers for heating and a chilled water absorption system with cooling towers on the roof. Ceiling-mounted fan coils were used to provide air conditioning for the building. Advanced cameras and KONE elevators were installed, and an appropriate covered swimming pool was constructed with high-quality materials to enhance the beauty, safety, and tranquility of the project.

Major Renovation and Landscaping Project for Khark Port

This project includes the renovation and optimization of the passenger terminal building, administrative building, control tower, maritime accident survivor building, staff residential buildings, and three guesthouse units. The contract for this project was signed between the consulting engineering company, the region, and the Hormozgan Maritime Administration in 2018. The design of this project was carried out in 2018 by this company, and after preparing the relevant drawings and obtaining approval from the client, the initial cost estimate of the project was prepared, and the contract was put out for tender to select the best contractor. The selected contractor started the construction in the winter of 2021 and is currently 75% complete. It is expected that all the planned construction operations will be completed within the next six months. The consulting engineers of this company continuously supervise and review the project, providing progress reports to the client at the end of each month to ensure proper monitoring and control of the project's progress.

The contract of this project has been concluded with a private employer and it is now in phase one. this residential building has many facilities and can compete with global luxury hotels.
